Shipping

All orders are generally processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Within Canada

  • Free shipping on orders of CAN$75 and more.
  • Shipping costs may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery times are 3-9 business days, but may vary depending on the shipping option chosen, the current global situation (Covid-19), and periods of high demand (Holidays and Special Events).

USA Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders of CAN$75 and more.
  • Shipping costs may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery times are 4-8 business days, but may vary depending on the shipping option chosen, the current global situation (Covid-19), and periods of high demand (Holidays and Special Events).

International Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders of CAN$75 and more.
  • Shipping costs may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard delivery times are 6-10 business days, but may vary depending on the shipping option chosen, the current global situation (Covid-19), and periods of high demand (Holidays and Special Events).

Under certain circumstances, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which should include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Some international orders may not receive a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@misslalatights.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-days return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to contact us and make your return / refund request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will fully compensate you for this kind of situation (including delivery). Please contact us at service@misslalatights.com and Miss Lala will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

Have you changed your mind or the item received does not meet your expectations? No problem!
We can take back or exchange this item under certain conditions.
To be eligible to return your items, they need to be in their original condition i.e. unworn, untried or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at service@misslalatights.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contacting us will not be eligible for a return. In this situation, you will have to pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return / refund request is processed, and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time to your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
